We have many frequently asked questions and we are here to make your experience smoother. So look below for some support. 

Wear and Tear disclaimer 

Our products are handmade in NSW Australia. We pride ourselves on quality products that are created to the highest standard. After 3 months of wear your products are not eligible for return or exchange. Of course our products last longer than 3 months, but we occasionally have customers who attempt to return very well worn products that haven’t been cared for. As a small business this is not a sustainable practice. After 3 months from purchase date you are ineligible to exchange or refund a faulty product. 

Why Pillie Pooches?

A lot of our fabric is purchased from small Australian businesses. Additionally all hardware is purchased in Australia and is up to pet grade standard. Our packaging comes from Australian small businesses and our labels are supplied by the most beautiful little Australian company. 

We constantly strive to achieve, 'Women supporting women, in business and all endeavours'. 

Are you conscious of protecting our Earth?

We have eco friendly packaging, no plastic packaging involved. We also, use compostable bags and recycled tissue paper to wrap your products. We continue to strive to be better and to protect our Earth. 

How can I get your support the quickest?

Instagram DM's! We check these ALL the time and usually respond within 30 minutes to an hour. 

How often do you drop new prints?

Too often! We are always putting out new prints because we are always finding products we love. 

What is your dispatch time?

We pride ourselves on being very quick with the turn around time between order and dispatch. It is usually between 7-10 business days. If you want a very clear estimate of this please email or DM us this way it saves disappointment and we can help you out if you’re in a rush! The harnesses have an up to 10 day wait though, as they are very complicated! 

How do your bandanas go on?

Our bandanas are tie up bandanas, BUT don't give up on us just yet. They are not the traditional 'Square' folded in half. They are actually a triangle with 'ties'. So you're getting the best of both worlds, and the bandana won't flap up in the wind!

We ship from AUSTRALIA within Australia and to the US and UK.

Sizing - What are the sizes? and what fits my fur baby best?

BANDANA Size Guide: 

XS (less than 24cm) - Puppy, Chihuahua

S (24 - 34cm) - Toy Cavoodles, Maltese, Mini Dachsund, Small cocker spaniel 

M (34-45cm) - Pug, French Bulldog, Whippet, Cocker spaniel (full grown), Dalmatian, German Shorthaired Pointer

L (45 - 55cm) - Labrador, Staffy, Retriever 

COLLAR Size Guide: 

Small: 25-40cm

Medium: 30-50cm 

Large: 36-60cm

How flexible are you as a company?

Our customers can attest to the fact that we are VERY flexible. We custom make a lot of products and alter products to suit each pup. An example, is making bandanas 'shorter' in the front for our Dachshund friends.

Car Restraints - are these for pet safety?

No. The car restraints are to ensure your pet doesn't climb throughout your car and intro the front whilst you're driving for the safety of the driver. For ultimate safety for your pet please ensure your pet is wearing a harness, not a collar, in event of an accident a harness and certified restraint will always protect your pet best!
